Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all private, all-inclusive day tours operated by CzechSpiration & Jakub Hanák, based in Dambořice, Czech Republic. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

All tours must be booked in advance. A reservation is considered confirmed once full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received and confirmed by us in writing. Prices are quoted per tour unless stated otherwise and include services described in the tour description.

3. What Is Included

Unless otherwise stated, our all-inclusive private tours may include:

  • Private transportation with an experienced driver
  • Licensed or professional guide
  • Snacks and drinks on board
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Entrance fees to attractions listed in the itinerary

Any additional services not listed are not included unless agreed in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time: full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund
  • No-shows: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Changes to the Itinerary

Our tours are private and flexible. Minor changes to the itinerary may be made during the tour based on guest preferences, weather, or local conditions. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

6. Responsibilities of Guests

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location
  • Following the guide’s instructions, especially regarding safety
  • Holding valid travel documents and personal insurance

We are not responsible for delays caused by guests.

7. Health & Safety

Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility limitations. Participation in the tour is at the guest’s own risk. We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses not caused by our negligence.

8. Liability

CzechSpiration is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.

9. Photography & Marketing

By participating in our tours, guests agree that photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless they inform us otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved under Czech jurisdiction.
